Standard decor items typically ship within 3-5 business days. Larger furniture pieces require specialized freight handling and generally arrive within 2-4 weeks, depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Tang & Co. ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made upholstery and final sale items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order departs our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link. For large furniture deliveries, our white-glove service partner will call you directly to schedule a delivery window.
